Anger is a good indicator but a bad dictator.

We need to allow and feel the negative emotions, the anger and injustice and let them flow through our nervous system so they don’t become stagnant and turn into illness.

Ahhhh to let anger flow through us is good.

But to be intentional with our anger and to be aware of how we are using that energy, to channel it to where it should go— is very good.

To be able to discern when we need to make a whip, flip tables over and drive intruders out of our sacred spaces.

“Go!

You will no longer desecrate my holy ground.”

To be able to discern when we need to shake the dust from our feet and walk away.

“I bless you.

To stay far away from me.”

To be able to discern when we need to end a relationship.

“I am looking to commit to a relationship with someone who is certain about being in relationship with me. This blowing hot and cold is boring me. Unrequited love is gross.”

It’s best to take time to find out what is going on beneath the anger.

Is it feelings of hurt, fear, powerlessness, or has a boundary been violated?

Anger is a good indicator but a bad dictator.
